The Fresh & Save vacuum containers are designed to work with the vacuum pump to keep food fresh up to five times longer than non-vacuum storage. This set of 4 borosilicate glass containers is nestable and freezer, microwave (without vacuum seal), and dishwasher safe. The glass containers are ovenproof (without lid) and double as beautiful serving pieces at the table. Store leftover sides and snacks in these small containers.

With the Fresh & Save system, you can shop once a week and refrigerate or freeze fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish in our vacuum containers and bags and enjoy the benefits of your own fresh market at home. Can you please explain how on earth to properly get the seal back onto the small container lids after removing it for washing? Your 51 second video literally skips over the most critical part. Thank you.

To properly get the seal back onto the Zwilling Fresh & Save small container lids after washing, start by ensuring both the silicone seal and the lid are thoroughly cleaned and dry. Next, align the silicone seal with the groove on the lid, making sure it fits snugly all the way around without twisting. Gently press the seal into the groove, working your way around the lid. You may need to slightly stretch the seal in certain spots to ensure it sits evenly. After the seal is in place, check for any gaps to make sure it’s properly seated all the way around. Finally, place the lid on the container and press down gently to confirm that the lid fits securely and tightly. We hope this information is helpful! One of your pictures shows the container WITH the lid inside the microwave and the seal on top. Is the "vacuum seal" that's not microwave safe just the seal between the lid and the container?

All the containers and lids may be used in the microwave. However, it is important that you first release the vacuum seal from the containers.
