Look amazing but easy crack and scratch
While the Zwilling box containers look beautiful, they are unfortunately quite fragile. After just one use in the dishwasher, one of them cracked. Even when cleaning by hand with the soft side of a sponge, I noticed scratches appeared from regular use. It's disappointing that such delicate containers show damage so easily, especially given their price

Seal design flaw: this is a kitchen, not a lab
In order to hold a seal for any length of time, the gaskets must be bone dry and immaculate. Frankly, that's not acceptable unless you also happen to be fabricating semiconductors in your kitchen: the seal has to work in ordinary use conditions to be saleable.
I washed and wiped down all containers and container lids, taking care to dry gaskets, then let them air dry normally in a dry, winter-heated house with RH under 30% for a few hours. I then filled and sealed two containers. One seal failed within days.
The other lids and containers were left to dry for two more days, and then the containers were filled. All have held for a week now.
What I am seeing here and in comments is that containers and lids need to be dried with a hair dryer, let cool, filled, and checked routinely -- and watched for cracks as you re-establish the seal. That's not acceptable at any price point, but given the number of problems people are describing here you need to go back to the drawing board for a redesign and offer a refund to those of us who've bought an expensive product that routinely fails.
Fulfillment was also a problem. Several days after ordering, I got an email saying it was delayed but someone was checking into it and not to ask questions because there were no answers at present and someone would contact me when answers emerged. By 10 days after order no one had gotten in touch. I called and a nice girl told me to be patient and wait indefinitely, but it became clear she had no clue what was going on and was just hoping to placate customers. I asked her to escalate and had to tell her exactly what to say, because she was just going to submit a request to get in touch with me about shipping progress. The next day someone got in touch, apologized, got the item shipped, and had offered a discount for next purchase.
Sorry, guys. You're great with metal and glass but your plastic ain't it so far.

Disappointing
The idea is great, but just doesn’t work. After one day I found one of the seals had failed so I checked the others; two others had failed within the first week of use.
Also, the large squares are very awkward to get the lids off.

Update: nope, all the seals fail.
I'd left a review before saying that if you went to great lengths to prep the gaskets, lids, and containers, some seals would hold. Coming back to say that none of them do. Other Fresh & Save lines work fine: plastic bags, glass, corks. But these ones, pass. Zwilling customer service has also struggled to be responsive here and is looking for unreasonable things before issuing a refund. At this point, since I'm not going to go find new homes for all the dry goods or spend half a day fussing with containers and shipping, I'd just like a 50% refund accounting for the fact that Zwilling has sold me some nice plastic containers. They just aren't the vacuum seal containers advertised. I'm assuming that if I don't keep trying to re-seal and leave the vacuum pump alone, they won't crack, and I'll get bands to hold the lids tight, since the vacuum seal won't do it and there's no clamp/clip.

Stay away- these do not work.
Just a profoundly disappointing product. I received this as a Christmas gift and eagerly moved my baking ingredients into them and sealed them up. I was disappointed to find that within a day all of the vacuum seals had unsealed. Figuring it was user error, I checked all of the seals and sealed again. Same result. I've been using them for 2+ months and not a single one of them has ever stayed sealed for even a full day.
I have diffusers on the powdery things like flour and powdered sugar. I've cleaned the edge seals. Nothing makes a difference. Even a container with some pecans- clearly no dust or debris- won't stay sealed. I've purchased several Zwilling knives and was excited to "upgrade" my kitchen storage with this set, only to be more disappointed than I have been with maybe any purchase I have ever made. Absolutely steer clear of these- they do not work and are not worth the investment.

How much do these containers hold. 1 lb pkg of brown sugar, 1 or 2 lb pkg of granulated sugar, 1 or 2 lb pkg of powdered sugar, etc.??. I don't understand your measuring system. I love the containers that I have, but was surprised at the sizes.
