I have been searching for a set of flatware that was good quality, heavy and can be used for formal and everyday use for awhile now. I saw this set online but was afraid to buy it, as I wanted to handle and the feel of each piece and how it fit in my hand. My local Macy’s store had them in stock and on sale and once I saw them and handled them I knew they were exactly what I was looking for so I ended up buying two sets of 45 pieces. Now I can toss out my old miss match sets and have plenty of settings for everyone during our holiday dinners as this set is perfect for formal and everyday use. I really like that they classy and elegant looking, I would definitely recommend then to others.

10 Teaspoons are tarnishing despite hand washing!
Zwilling J.A. Henckels TWIN® Brand Provence 18/10 Stainless Steel 45-Pc. Flatware Set, Service for 8. Qty: 2 sets. Purchased during cov19 from 7/2020. Carefully washed flatware and teaspoons were tarnished within 2 months. Even though I followed use and care. Frustrating. Emailed Zwilling no response. Called customer service- could not break through busy phone line. End result, trashed 1 sets of tarnished teaspoons. Now 2nd set of teaspoons are tarnishing. Applied for product registration and did not get response for warranty claim email. Now, regret flatware purchases with Zwilling.

Rusting, so disappointing
I absolutely fell in love with the design and luster of this flatware. I’ve owned it for less than 4 months and it’s already showing signs of rust. So disappointing. It’s STAINLESS STEEL, how can this be possible! I was going to order a second set, now there is no way. I need more flatware (entertain frequently) but I will not be adding this to my “favorite” flatware list :( sooooo disappointing

Beautiful Flatware
I actually love my new flatware (I purchased two 45-piece sets), but I did discover today that one of the teaspoons has a rough edge with a piece of metal kind of sticking out that could actually cut someone. I had not used it to eat with, only to get jelly out of a jar, but I noticed it as I was washing it. I do need to know how to get it replaced.

My husband received this set as a service award from work. I live this stainless steel set. They are very stylish. They came with complimentary serving utensils which made me happy. I would recommend purchasing from this company. As a matter of fact I purchased a second set one year later. Now I can serve a large group of people.

Beautiful!
Saw this set at a friends house and knew I wanted it for myself. She said they’d had it for years, but it looked brand new to me. My husbands always picky when it comes to flatware, but once he held it, it didn’t take much convincing for us to buy two sets. Looking forward to using on Thanksgiving.

Refined, just right
There just so nice to use. I get excited about opening the drawer to choose a spoon! I am glad we went with a classy classic set. We've had an older set, also Henckels, for a while, but it was a hand me down missing several pieces, and it was from a more modern casual line. It was great but time to pick something for us. The shape of the spoon and the long tines of the fork evoke elegant design. The spoon, although large is comfortable because of the traditional tapered curve. The slotted spoon is to love!

Yesterday, I purchased Zwilling Service for Eight 45 Piece Set cutlery. The model is PROVENCE. I find the tea spoon size a little too big. Do you have smaller spoons for stirring tea and coffee? If yes, how can I buy a set for eight?

No, this pattern and other Zwilling flatware is only available in 45-piece sets, service for 8, or smaller. Our J.A. Henckels International flatware is available in 65-piece sets, service for 12 and serving utensils.
