Glass cracked
It was nice to have them. Latte macchiato is so beautiful looks inside this mug. But recently I made cappuccino and glass and broken. I don’t know if there is any warranty or replacement?

Double walled coffee cups
I absolutely love how this cup keeps my hot coffee hot for much longer than other cups. The clean design is also quite gorgeous. The handle does seem to be the weak point in the glass. We’ve owned multiple sets and have not yet gotten them to last much more than a year. They say dishwasher safe top rack and that’s how we roll. We’ve taken great pains to keep them safe, but continue to have the same crack show up right above the handle. I truly think it’s a weak point in the design. We are also trying the tea cups (no handle, but significantly smaller) to see if those last longer.

Love it but don’t know if mine is defective
Love all of the Sorrento glassware. Use this every morning for coffee or tea. Hold a tea diffuser perfectly too. Light and not hot to the touch. HOWEVER, I just noticed that one of my mugs got water stuck in between the two glass layers. I wonder if that’s just part of the design but I’m concerned bacteria could build up there or dry in a way that’ll leave water marks in a spot I can’t possible reach. I’ll have to see if the other mugs also gets water trapped in between the layers.

Broken Glass
We recently bought 8 of these price, but lovely mugs for our office. We love the look of them for our espresso drinks but recently had one crack in the dishwasher. We are nervous about the rest of them as we have only had them 3-4 weeks.

Elegant, chic and practical
I received the Zwilling double walled coffee mugs as a wedding gift. I had always liked the look of the double walled glasses but was very impressed with how practical they are. They keep your drink piping hot (or cold) while keeping your hands at a normal temperature. They are easy to clean and feel durable enough for glass mugs. The one small drawback I would say is that (as with many glass products) you have to be careful of extreme temperature fluctuations. I usually put my ice cubes into my glasses first, but not for these ones. Regardless I highly recommend these glasses.

Favorite Mug
My favorite time of day is enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning. I can sit for 20 to 30 minutes sipping my coffee and the temperature will remain the same Nothing worse than pouring coffee into a mug and having it cool down 5 minutes later. This mug keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. I love the aesthetics of the glass and the fact that you’re hands don’t get burned holding the mug. I purchased 6 of these 2 years ago and recently purchased 8 additional because two of them accidentally broke. These are my go to mugs and I will continue to purchase.

Keeps the morning coffee hot - yes, for real!
Every mug serves at least 2 purposes: a vessel for your morning coffee, and a way to keep the coffee hot and ready to drink. The only problem is most mugs fail at #2, which for me is their main reason I use them in the first place. Except these beauties actually work…and work well. The double walled insulated glass works absolute magic with hot liquids. I can actually savor my coffee instead of hurry to finish it before it’s like warm. And because it’s glass, it doesn’t effect the flavor like a metal thermos does. In short, it’s a game changer for coffee drinkers!

I have a zwilling sorrento plus mug that seem perfect however I see condensation inside the double glass. Please advise. Can I get rid of the condensation by using a microwave? Would that destroy the cup. Thanks
