Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware Watch out for the measurements! They are handle to handle, not bottom of the griddle. It is too small for the burners on my stove. Watch out for the returns policy, 60 days and unused. This was purchased as a gift for me and by the time I had been given it the time had elapsed. Watch out for the pebbly surface. I thought since it was cast iron it would have a smooth interior like my beloved skillets, but it is rough and things STICK like crazy to it. I'm very disappointed in its performance. The reviews I read prior to suggesting it be purchased for my birthday seemed to indicate it was just right for me. Such a sad birthday!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatility This double plancha was a fantastic investment. Gets nice and hot which allows me to easily sear 4 rib eye steaks at one time. Great for grilled sandwiches as well as cheese steaks. Feel like I'm cooking at a diner, have room for pancakes, hash browns, and eggs in one pan. Can also cook a bunch of hot dogs and hamburgers on this griddle, which is great when its too cold to barbeque outside. Love this pan for cooking fish fillets because the sides are low which makes flipping really easy. Extremely versatile, we use this pan several times a week. Really easy clean up, and looks just as good as the day I took it out of the box.

It can work on your stove top, or for bbq's. I love doing pancakes on this burner. They turn out beautifully. It really does maximize space to cook.

I usually use my plancha on the grill for grilling proteins, it stays consistent and uses the Leidenfrost phenomenon to sear and create a more even crust on the food.it works great for proteins as well as veggies, without drying them out. I love that I can achieve the same effect on my gas stove top. The enameled cast iron produces a steady and even heat above the direct heating element. You will fall in love this plancha when you learn to use it the correct way!

I also love using this pan for whole fish fillets. I can sear on the stove top then finish in the oven. once again, those handles really help you out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breakfast, lunch and dinner - all in one pan Leave this on the stove. You can cook all three meals on this. I do when I have family visiting. In the morning: pancakes, French toast, eggs. Lunch: panini, hot dogs and the very best hamburgers. Dinner: steaks, chops, vegetables. Also good for making flatbreads and tortillas. Great heat conductor. Good size. Covers 2 burners on a conventional stove. Easy clean up. No maintenance. Just keep it handy and you will find myriad uses for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this griddle! I use it for most of our family gatherings especially in the mornings where you need the optimum space for all those eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns. Being cast iron, it holds the heat beautifully and cooks everything to perfection. I use this on the BBQ as well, and we take it camping and just put on a grate over the fire. This piece pays for itself over and over if you have a lot of gatherings, friends and family!

The cast iron heats very evenly and it dosent wobble on my range. The enamle coating makes it so easy to clean. I use this for pancakes and for burgers and both come out great.
