Super Sharp Scissors
My parents have had these for probably 30 years and I decided to purchase the same kind of shears based on the positive experience from them. The are very sharp and easy to use. A must have for in the kitchen.

Quality shears that stay sharp last forever
I had these shears for over 25 years and they were as good as always. Used them daily and only claimed warranty because the little red circle kept falling out. I was pleasantly surprised when Zwilling sent new replacements to honor their incredible warranty. Totally would buy again!

Every kitchen/home needs a pair of these
These shears are very sharp and operate smoothly. The handles have generous openings for hands of all sizes. You can unscrew them for cleaning and sharpening, the screw design keeps them in the right position for a clean cut and they don't become wobbly.

Tried and true
I am replacing kitchen shears after owing the knife set for 38 years. The only part that was not functional was the grip teeth in the handle. Bravo for this German made product.

These shears are great for all your kitchen needs. I used them so much, I finally decided to sharpen them. It was a little difficult to unscrew the first time, but the second time was easy. Sharpening these shears was like sharpening a knife. Overall, these are great kitchen shears!

Sturdy Sharp Shears
These shears are multi-purpose...they can be used in the kitchen or for various household tasks. Bought two pair as to have onestrictly for kitchen use. There's no task too tough for these shears...I've cut chicken into strips, clipped herbs, cubed steak pieces for stir fry. I've had them two years and they are nearly as sharp as when I first purchased them.

I own a pair of these amazing Shears that are at least 22 yrs old and still great! I’m writing because I’ve recently lost the red plastic circle that covers the screw. Is there ANY way I can get a replacement without having to purchase a new pair? Thanks!

1. how do i clean my scissors? joint of shears has some rusts that couldn't remove by kitchen detergent 2. I want to disasemble my scissors, could you give me some a guide, instructions or method of decomposition
We recommend hand washing with a gentle soap and non-abrasive sponge or cloth. These shears cannot be taken apart, but you can remove existing rust with a cookware cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend or a rust eraser from our carbon steel care kit. To prevent rusting, thoroughly dry the shears after cleaning.

how do i care for and sharpen these shears?

The only thing that differs is that we do not recommend and do not professionally sharpen kitchen shears. Once your shears have dulled, we suggest replacement.
