DO NOT BUY ! ! !
I am on the THIRD FAILED milk frother.
They FAIL after a short time of light use.
First one - switch fell off/no longer worked. (we did not use the switch. Kept it on hot milk/froth) in 2 months or so.
Second one - just stopped working after a month or so.
Third one - frother disk disengages from running motor. Motor spins down and up regularly without moving the frothing disk.
The store manager was totally surprised and tested them thus confirming the failures and made good in replacing the defective units.
I contacted Customer Service, they acknowledged it and stated they'll send this to corporate for answers.
That was many weeks ago.
Do not buy this milk frother!

Sleek and silent!
Received this as a gift and wasn’t sure it would be able to handle heavy cream, but it turned out perfectly! Also, it was nearly silent, with just a quiet hum. I also love that it is timed and stops on its own!

Great when it works
I really liked the frother when it worked. Unfortunately it stopped frothing up and only heated my milk. The machine itself when working is very quite and froths well and is also very easy to clean. I have had a few frother’s and was excited when I started using the willing version but learned quickly it was like most others that are not commercially produced. They just don’t hold up to the test of time. Wanted to love it but just can’t give it 5 stars.

Milk frother a plus for coffee
Zwilling frother is easy to use, easy to clean and elevates your everyday coffee. I love the stainless steel container (no worries about harmful chemicals as would be with a nonstick coating). The container swaps rates for pouring and is a breeze to clean. I use 2% milk and it heats and froths beautifully- just like a coffee shop latte. No going back to flat milk in my coffee anymore. I previously bought a “no name” frother from Amazon that stopped working after 2 months. This one is better quality and worth the extra $.

Great frother!
Love the Stainless interior. Makes great frothy milk for lattes. The plastic frothing part is a little difficult to clean though. I warm chocolate in my milk for mocha's and the residue is visible even after cleaning.

Finally a high quality frother
Over the past two years I have purchased four milk frothers from Amazon - the most recent one lasted less than four months. I don’t know what took me so long but I finally realized I could pay a little more and have a product made by a company known for quality. I had to wait longer than Amazon to receive it, but I feel quite optimistic - this frother has a nice sturdy weight to it and I like that the frothing cup separates from the base. Pretty cool that is is propelled by magnet too!

Hot frother
We made the change from a Nespresso to Zwilling. This frother takes longer to get done but the liquid is very hot once done. The Nespresso didn’t get this hot. I like that that the cup is separated, easy to wash. This frother is better looking but the only concern is the lid being plastic and not last as long as the Nespresso did. If it doesn’t last as long then we go back to Nespresso. But we are happy with it so far.
