My favorite part is that it's induction top compatible so I can use on my stove top to warm casseroles or even saute. Great all around pan, well with this investment. Even better, it's easy to clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This would be an excellent wedding gift. Not only do you get the roaster but everything you need to make a turkey or beef roast. The pan is made with heavy-gauge, 4mm hard-anodized aluminum construction and has amazing, even, heat distribution. Handles are stay cool on the stove top and the pan can with stand temperatures up to 450F, excellent for making gravy after the meat is cooked. Nothing sticks to it and cleanup is a breeze because its dishwasher safe.

The hard anodized non stick coating is PFOA free, and is easy to clean. Can also be cleaned in the dishwasher! The roaster goes into the oven up to 450 degrees, also works great on the stove top when making gravy with the pan juices. Really pleased with this purchase.

The nonstick coating gives great browning and easy cleanup. It comes with a rack to keep poultry above the aromatics and ensuring crisp skin. The lifters and baster are a nice bonus. No need for extra purchases. All in one for the holidays.

There was a ton of sauce that was burned onto the bottom and we were really concerned about having to clean it. But it literally slid right off. The nonstick coating is no joke. It made for incredibly easy cleanup.

I love the handles on this pan because I am able to grab them when they are in the oven. I also love how this is lightweight, but super sturdy so that the large turkey or roast that I put in it is still able move it around without being overwhelmed. This set comes with everything that you'll need and clean up is a breeze since it's non-stick.

The roasting pan comes with all the tools - the rack, turkey lifters and the best: a baster injector. The roasting pan is hard anodized aluminum with a durable non-stick finish. It's lighter in weight and provides good heat distribution for even cooking.

I use this for all my big family meals, think Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and absolutely love it. I make gravy in the drippings when done roasting and then cleaning up is so easy with the nonstick.
