Can a woman get pregnant naturally at 45?
This depends a lot on her age. A healthy 25-year-old woman would have about a 1 in 100 chance of getting pregnant in a year if she were to stick to a healthy routine. If she were to indulge in any risky behavior, it could be as reckless as 15- or 20-year-olds.
