Which mindset is core of DevOps culture?
Is it technical, or is it people? Or both? I'd argue that DevOps culture is more important than just having a solid software delivery pipeline. Having the right people in the right places is even more important. Having the right people in the right places sooner leads to happier employees who are more motivated to work on products they love.Is it being practiced in your organization?
