You must have income from business, business, agricultural or research, or both. You must be paid income tax as a foreign worker. You cannot be self-employed.
If you are self-employed, you can apply for a residence permit as a holiday maker, as long as you have a job offer at the place. Only foreign nationals are allowed to work at the residence permit level.
