Does everyone get a show before Labour? Because I’m worried about my pregnancy… I’ve never experienced this pain before and I’m confused because it’s not something I’ve had before

Hi , you should go into your maternity unit for review again as its now been 4 days if you have not already done so. The latent (early) phase of Labour in the first time mum can take a number of days, this is not uncommon. However, it would be a good idea to be checked on.
Have had little pains and backache for some days and other days I feel the baby’s movements pressing hard on the pelvic mostly night I out I wonder, would it be labor pains because I really want this baby out soon
I wouldn’t force baby out at this point let her or him come on her own I know things are frustrating around 37 weeks I’m.the same I’m 39 weeks 1 day and I’ve been getting pains on and off since 34 weeks with braxton hicks and I’ve felt so annoyed thinking yes this is it…but nope still nothing so I’m just taken day by day and leaving her to come when she wants
I am 36 weeks pregnant and having strong baby movements during the night that causes me unbearable pains n mostly when I wake up I find huge white/cream discharge. I don’t even know if the baby has turned or not. I am confused because it is my first baby

Hi, I’m 38 weeks 4 days now, got a show a few hours before I went into labour and had another show a few hours after that. Had a show the day I went into labour with my first baby. Had a show the day I went into labour with my second baby. So it can all happen all of a sudden too!!

I did before but more for show as I thought was a sign something was wrong. Now that I’m in labour my fears are confirmed as I’ve had show or no show for 3 days now. My waters didn’t break until well into my fifth month so it’s completely unexpected. I did have a show a few days before I went into labour with my second as I thought was a sign something was wrong. However, I didn’t realise how important it was as I didn’t know what labour felt like. Having had shows or not has nothing to do with it though, you should take it as a sign that labour is eminent and that you are in favour of delivering the baby. Remember that as Labour progresses, so does the risk of infection and contractions, so be extra vigilant.
Hi, i had a show a few hours before i went into labour with my second baby. didn’t know if it was a result of my exertion or not as i thought it was a show because i was too high on g&a to sleep well that night.
