Does Sprint use SIM? Yes, but not everywhere. I would stick with the 3G CDMA for most people.
My S5 came with a sim card but it isn’t listed as an required part in the box. I was able to add the required part by clicking the PERSONALIZATION button in the upper right corner and entering your S5 information. I was also able to do this by emailing support@sony.com with the subject line “Requires SIM Card” and I will send a link when I can get the part number.
My wife has a activision acct. and we are switching to Tmobile. We are switching because we want to cut our wireless data usage as much as possible. T-mo is charging us too much data, and we are wondering if we are going to be stuck with the old carrier or if we are going to be switching to Sprint. We are considering T-mo/Sprint since we don’t have a lot of data to cut back on. Is there a place we can go to get Sprint/T-mo/Sprint tether data’snippets, or is this just a hype train?
We’re taking a break from GSM/CDMA to add HD voice quality. To help make this possible, we’re reducing the data allowance for some networks, slowing down LTE operation for some, and sometimes removing the 3G/4G roaming capability altogether. While we’re focusing on the 3G and LTE, T-mo and Sprint are using CDMA technologies. To make HD voice possible, the 3G networks need to be capable of handling 4K video streams, not 3G technologies.

Does Sprint use SIM? Yes, but not as frequently as Verizon. Sprint uses 3rd party simulators (like those on Ting’s website) to simulate the 3G network. Ting’s simulators are free from charge, and Sprint has also subsidized them.
My phone is locked. I can’t move it, change it, or remove the SIM card. What do I do? I can’t unlock my phone – my AT&T sim card isn’t compatible. I can’t remove the SIM card – my Sprint sim card is in there somewhere.
I bought a used phone from someone else and now I want to sell it. I didn’t know how to sell services on the internet. I spent hours researching, but I can’t find a single website that will teach me. Any ideas?
I don’t know if it’s the Sprint SIMOLW416C SIMOLW416G or my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Special Edition that is at fault. I can’t get that Hands Free Activation to stop popping up and restarting my Galaxy S7 edge Special Edition every 5 minutes that it’s on. It can’t be the phone, it has to be the Sprint SIM messing up my phone. My phone works fine with a T-Mobile, AT&T, Tracfone, and Net10 SIM that I tried in it. It only does that Hands Free Activation thing with a Sprint SIM.
Your phone probably doesn’t need to be unlocked to have a phone with wireless service. But if it’s locked, then it’s probably not going to work with this site or any other wireless retailer. And for that reason, I’d recommend buying a new phone before you sell your used phone.
I just wanted to let you know that I have been receiving phone calls and text messages from Sprint asking if I have installed the latest firmware update for my phone.
